Detailed Problem Description


Following reports are failing or showing blank information in case of success in BO 3.1 Production environment:
1. SA120
2. SL130
3. SL140

Solution Analysis and Recommendations


1. Report Source might be changed in the back-end and that is causing the reports got failed or showing blank data.
2. Need to update the reports connection and re-save them in Info-view.

Resolution


Reports connections are updated, saved in infoview and rescheduled. The issue got resolved.
